Quest Issue: Kejar the Mighty - Shining Robe of the Underfoot Quest

The Shining Robe of the Underfoot quest is not working properly. Normally i can run my halfling rogue mule down there with a shining metallic robe and turn it in to Kejar the Mighty to get one of the quest rewards shortly before getting killed by Schnozz the Flighty. Kejar is not normally KOS which gives you time to do the turn in and have a chance at getting the robe before getting killed by Schnozz the Flighty. Kejar is for some reason KOS now so no one can do this quest. I have managed to do the turn ins quickly enough despite both the imps being KOS and Kejar eats the robes with no reward given. Can someone please look into this?

Have you verified everyone is KoS? Killing certain mobs in the hole can reduce faction with minons of underfoot according to wiki/alla.

The mule i am using is level 2 and has never tagged any mob in The Hole. I have used him previously to do several successful turn ins.

Do a forum search for "kejar".

Sorry i was confused because i never had to drop invis prior to hand in previously, this works fine as long as you drop invis first.
