Found a quest that still doesn't give experience after quest experience was re-implemented on green server.

Tried a few turn-ins wasn't able to get any exp messages even with successful turn ins.

There appears to be a minimum level to receive exp now that wasn't there before. On green today, I received no exp on a level 2, but I did receive exp on a level 49.

can you confirm if this minimum level is intended Nilbog? or accidental?
