Default Problems making the game go

So my daughter told us about this web-sight and game i was just excited! She came over and put it on the new computer i got my husband and it worked just fine but when she tried to put it on my laptop it would not work and would through "The Code execution cannot proceed because DSETUP.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem." and we where wondering if it is because we didn't put it in the same spot she had the game on her computer.... We put it in the same spot on the Desktop so it is in the D drive just like hers but i don't have a D drive i just have a C drive is there a way to make it work there with out having to download the who thing over? she has the game on a flash drive if we have to move it over again i just down want to have to get extra stuff if i don't need to

you need to white list the project 1999 install from your antivirus/firewall.

The firewall or anti virus is thining the dsetup.dll is a virus and deleting the file. You need to go to the project 1999 install location and mark it as safe or does not get scanned.
