Maybe time to use the Red server as a jail server
Lets face it, after years of trying to get people to go there its obvious they dont want to be there. Repeat offenders (entire accounts) get sent to Red for X amount of time.
Do it in batches too, announcing fresh meat to the 50 some odd people who are there normally and to come back to Blue or Green they have to write a 5000 word essay on why the PNP is needed. If they quit, this wont be a bad thing. If they like it on Red, everybody wins.

geared blue toons could get a lot of decent loot farmed on red. it's not a punishment, everquest is better with less people.

Not sure how much work that would take and if it could be exploited.. would be kinda cool though like an EQ Australia.
New South Wales, a state in southeast Australia, was founded by the British as a penal colony in 1788. Over the next 80 years, more than 160,000 convicts were transported to Australia from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales, in lieu of being given the death penalty

All the downvotes
All the naysaying All the disagreeing are all testaments on how much people hate this as a punishment, which is a nice deterrent, which is what is needed.

Nobody wants to play on red, ever, ever, ever, ever. Its the worst server by far. Nobody likes EQ pvp. Those that say they do are drunk, and mis guided. Its hot garbage. Hasn't been a thing in 20 years, and it never will be. Let it die. Its horrible.
