Default Occasional stuttering/lag?

Every few seconds or so there is a microstutter that either changes the direction I'm facing or might slightly warp a pace or two away from where I am.

I saw this issue on someone's YouTube video too where it made him fall off the edge in East Karana near Highpass, but it occurred throughout his video. It's exactly what experiencing after returning the other day.

It's not game-breaking (yet lol) but it's annoying and I don't what's causing it or how widespread the issue is. I'll be running, make a turn and wind up facing a totally different direction. Sometimes it's not even easy to get through a doorway lol. It only seems to happen if I'm turning while running.

If it's a well known issue is there a well known and easy solution?

EDIT: It happens here too https://youtu.be/zwFQndSFNGY?t=3323 he's running and all of a sudden is facing and standing somewhere else. Just like I experience every so often.

Umm not sure. Maybe there are some very old logs from when I last played? Where would I even find them?

I don't think I ever turned on a log feature though.

Theres a Logs folder in the EQ directory (usually unless you installed in Program Files)

You can just turn logs off to see if it changes anything (/log off)

Its one thing that can cause stuttering. Not sure if its the issue here but its one thing to check or rule out

Did /log off last night and it didn't fix anything.

It's not the same magnitude problem other people are reporting. It's not a freeze, it's a stutter that shifts my location very slightly or the direction I'm facing, like in the videos I posted. Almost made me fall off Kelethin last night.

And I don't remember it ever happening when I last played years ago, on same computer.
