Dual-Edged Blade Mold etc. for fatties

I'm trying to find where to buy certain molds as an evil ogre. Of course EQtraders mentions NPCs in revamped zones so I can't look there http://www.eqtraders.com/items/show_item.php?item=2066, and the 1999 wiki doesn't have an entry.

I need a webpage that lists classic vendors. I'm not looking to buy a Dual-Edged Blade Mold necessarily, but I can't find info on classic smithing vendors. This mold has to have an evil vendor somewhere, it can't be exclusive to goods, right?

Heavy Steel Blade Mold too http://www.eqtraders.com/items/show_item.php?item=2067. I mean, if you wanted to smith one as an evil race according to EQtraders you can't do it in classic.

EDIT: The only thing I can see is if this Spinner guy in WK is not KOS to evil races, or there's possibly a vendor in East Freeport that's accessible as an evil race but which I can't find because ZAM has the revamped zone and doesn't list vendors for items unless you're premium (no friggin way I'll ever be premium)
