Quivering Veil of Xarn should be castable during daytime

Quivering Veil of Xarn should be castable at all times as of the October 2001 era, the same era the Chardok revamp is released. Both servers are beyond the October 2001 era, however as of June 16, 2022 Quivering Veil of Xarn is still not castable during the daytime on Blue.

In 2014 Daldaen created a Spells Bug thread (Necromancer Spells) which resulted in Quivering Veil of Xarn and Levant being correctly changed to be only castable during nighttime. In this thread, evidence was provided that while Levant was changed on live to be castable during daytime on March 08, 2002 and should thus be unable to be cast during daytime through the entirety of P99's timeline, Quivering Veil of Xarn was changed on live to be castable during daytime as of October 24, 2001 and thus on P99 should be castable only at night until the October 2001 era in late Velious, after which it should become castable at all times. On August 26, 2014 Nilbog acknowledged these facts and stated that they were both fixed and pending the next update.

Levant and Quivering Veil of Xarn were changed on P99 to be castable only during nightime with the update on December 1, 2014. It appears that the timeline change to Quivering Veil of Xarn with the October 2001 era update was never implemented.

At least as of Oct 27, 2001, Quivering Veil can be cast during the day. Dunno if this is a stealth-enhancement or a mistake, but it's working at all hours.

The spell is now much more available than it was before. Not all necromancers have lich up 100% of the time. In any case, the stacking restriction existed before we took away the night only restriction, so you couldn't have used it with Lich up anyhow. And we'll look into the idea of allowing it to overwrite other transformation spells (and that would mean ALL transformation spells, I suspect) in the future.
