Power level is really good for casual play or for getting a feel of relative power of forces in narrative games, especially in asymmetric scenarios. Points is in theory much more appropriate in more competitive situations where every minutiae of advantage ought to be accounted for to ensure balance …

I have never in my life heard of HP referred to as "health power", if someone referred to it as that I'd think they were a non-native English speaker, I'd say "hit points" is the most common, which is hilarious given its not on this poll.
