Default Bard Resist Rebuffing

First off.
I don't know if this effects the server side code or not so staff,
please chime in if i am wrong about this.

So i was looking around in the spellfile trying to understand how songs work
and i noticed that some of the songs had caps on the resist debuff effect.

Bard chants and Occlusion of Sound debuff the resists and the songs effect is boosted by the drum instrument. (Percussion Instrument)

Fufil`s Curtailing Chant (No Max Cap)

Tuyen`s Chant of Flame (Max Cap 20)

Tuyen`s Chant of Frost (No Max Cap)

Occlusion of Sound (Max Cap 20)

So take Occlusion of Sound.
With the best drum in the game you should be able to do a resist debuff of -26.
My point is that the only limit that should excist on the songs is the limitation from instrument amplification.

OoS has a max of 20 for each of its components even in genuine velious-era spdats, but those caps are irrelevant because they don't limit the values attainable with instrument mods.

Ahh ok thank you for the information.
But!
Code:
OoS has a max of 20 for each of its components even in genuine velious-era spdats
If that is true. How do you know that and do you have any information to back that up or are you just voicing your opinion?
