Druid spell Immolate does not do any damage after recent patch

Do you have any information or pages that discuss patch releases and timelines? I'm wondering how often patches are deployed on P99. Also, do you have an ETA?

So I ask a similar question on the Patch Notes thread for 20-Nov-2021 and got the following response:

My initial reaction was annoyance with a bit of anger; I was going to post a strongly worded reply, but then decided it wouldn't be a good look...

I play this game for free and the admins are all unpaid volunteers.

I have, instead, decided to follow the lead of others and focus on other characters for the time being.

Trust me, I know it's frustrating. A good portion of a Druid's DPS for many levels comes from that single spell.

As far as I know, this was Telin's last post on the ETA of the fix:

The irony of it all is that Green is supposed to be the most classic P99 server ... and yet in classic Druids and Mages were the power classes, whereas on Green both classes got the shaft.

i got a feeling that immolate isnt working, because it didnt work on live either back the day... strict classic policy in place!

As a new druid I was really confused on why my dots were doing so little damage. Turns out it does no damage.
