Default Mob refresh on spells and melee abilities

Is there any way this can be fixed?

Mobs bash every melee round.
Stuns have no refresh period and are chain casted.
Strike on monk mobs is every melee round.

I know at least bash isn't supposed to be every round. It's extremely annoying.

I have been going through some old logs, and it does look like mob special attacks are refreshing slightly faster than it did historically. Some minor tweaks appear to be in order. An example, would be bash. The skill is a 6 second refresh (if i remember right) for players. If you are an avid button masher, you could darn near hit it. But in logs, against unslowed mobs, the mobs were bashing like clockwork, every 8 seconds. So that is where the adjustments would be made.

For bash, if it goes from every 6 seconds to every 8 seconds, that would be a reduction of incoming bash damage by 25%.

I will put together a fix to make some adjustments.

Ba-ba-bump.
Is the chain-spamming of stun-spells possible to fix? Found it slightly irritating last night when this Nfp paladin GM woulda just stun me with Holy Might or whatever, then soon as it wore off he'd proceed casting it over and over again to lock me down until he had melee'd me back to bind point. I thought pally stuns have some 15sec recast? Ie. Holy Might says 18 in the recast (altho I dunno if that's some other measure than seconds): http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/spell.html?spell=123

Edit: And Quid Rilstone at Rathe Mnts had the same habit. Spam stuns nonstop.

Player bash/kick is on something like a 8 or 9 sec cooldown, give or take a little.

Monsters on P99 bash/kick every 5 seconds. They do *not* bash every round, but it is quite frequent--works out to about every other round.

It's really bad in the planes trying to do crowd control versus mobs that can bash. Considering I often have to tash before the mez will land. Their bash refreshes much faster then the majority of my spells.

Monsters are currently on a 5 second cycle for kick/bash. This will be adjusted. I have had no time to work on stuff here the last week. I will get my stuff tested in next few days hopefully.
