Qeynos Sewers Frogloks -Netted?

(Solved) I remember on live, netted gloves from the frogs in Qeynos sewers were my first magic gloves on my monk. Been farming for a couple hours and nothing but rusty weapons. Netted not on their loot table on P99?

(Solved) I just now looted netted pants. Just very rare. Also seems faction lowers slower. Killin about 5 frogs would make you max KOS IIRC.
