Game Mechanics: Green - Pickpocketing Magic Items

Apparently people could pickpocket magic weapons! Such as dragoon dirk....and other magic items.

Best thing I ever pick pocketed was the dragoon dirk right out of dorn b'dynn's hand, equipped it and kill him with his own weapon..

There are beta patch notes about magic item restrictions from pickpocketing

Edit: I'll look into this later, the note I was thinking about was disarming magic weapons.
