OP, you are probably looking to recreate the exact same feeling you had back in 2000 or whatever. The world has changed, you have changed, your life is much different. The sooner you give up on creating a time machine to relive your life in the early 2000s, the more fun you will have just playing on this server for what it is - a couple weekends of killing time between playing on a real EverQuest server.

i think they've done an EXCEPTIONAL job with this server.

seafury nerf - fighting mudflation ( lame ) and RMT ( lame )

pb AOE nerf - fighting zone disruption and RMT


dual boxing - 1 player 1 npc -RMT characters, zone disruption

named summons - WTF U taking back doggies?

Definitely agree with you. Seafuries, for example, weren't nerfed to stop RMT they were nerfed because people are immature and couldn't play nice over them. There are tons of ways to farm a lot of plat in this game with ease if you know the spots, which many people do. Might take slightly longer than Seafuries, so you'll charge more per installment of platinum, but overall you'll still get that plat to sell pretty easily.

Buying plat is pretty easy to get caught doing, so kind of surprising that people even still try it, but to each their own I guess.
