Stamina/HP/level calculations question

I found this already:

But it is only showing the hp/stamina/class at level 60. I'd like to see some calculations on hp/level as well as hp/stamina at different levels. I know the values are very different at lower levels.

Does anyone know where I can find this info?

I don't know how to derive the formula but approximating it wasn't so bad, I guess. I have several shaman at different levels to check it with. It's adding about .05 / sta / level for a shaman. Not exact, but close. I don't know how the total hp are being calculated, this is just whatever sta/hp I added to the existing pools.
