Long time no see. I like the rule changes. I think it'll be more welcoming. Only problem is how do you enforce it? That's the problem I see. If GM's do it then what about corrupt GM's? You need active GM's too.
Is there a way to enforce play nice rules in the gameplay, without GM assistance?

What happened to this? Are the events still going to be occurring? Are the pvp fixes incoming? Is there a new pvp dev? Seems like there was a lot of hype, and there were some good changes, but haven't heard much since

Where have you been all my life? Well, my P99 life .. these changes are incredibly overdue and I'm ecstatic to read this after quitting a long time ago, bottlenecked by "ITS NOT CLASSIC" responses ruining the server. It's a shame a giant portion of the community is already gone .. I wonder if you are able to send a mass email to all the members with this post? Really, I bet it'd double+ the population.
