If you know me at all you know I would NEVER blindly defend something being Classic like that automatically makes it a good thing. There's a lot of absolutely retarded classic mechanics that were almost guaranteed to be oversights by the original devs and P99 re-creates them cause their goal is to recreate original EQ whether its good or not. Then the masochistic/idiotic player base praises them like they're good ideas.

I have always been and will always be concerned with what is and what is not FUN. Not what is or is not "Classic" I couldn't possibly give less of a fuck than I do about what is and isn't classic. The fact that so many of you are more worried about shit being classic than actually being fun is deeply disturbing to me.

Even with Swish's unhealthy fixation, this thread is going to die due to the sheer volume of Awakened suspension posts and polls incoming. I suggest this immediately be split into 10-12 separate threads so that it might have a chance to compete.
