Can't use sharpening stones to turn rusty two handed hammer into a tarnished one. Not sure if bug or missing recipe or as intended. Just wanted to share if it is.

I tried this today and found the same problem. When I attempt to turn a Rusty Two-Handed Hammer into a Tarnished Two-Handed Hammer within a forge using a sharpening stone I receive the following message: "You cannot combine these items in this container type!"
