Oddly-Colored Shortcut Keys In Hotkey Bar

I just did a fresh install of the game. I'm using the Velious UI from this site. In the screenshot below, you can see that the "sit", "camp", or any of the buttons of this kind (including combat abilities) are dark and near-unreadable. This doesn't happen when a social is made.
