Shieldstorm versus Lodizal Shell Boots (Warrior)

13 AC instead of 10. Can 'reapply' mid battle. https://wiki.project1999.com/Lodizal_Shell_Boots 9.9 weight less (although special bags reduce it) Can cast on others??? Can cast before battles, meaning you don't have to wait for proc, you can use your better weapons straight away. Causing mobs to die sooner and then you take less damage, despite the AC loss? What do you think? | ||
