Default Robe of the Lost Circle

Anyone know if the robe requires tailoring or not? I know that in classic at one point it did... and that requirement was taken out early in the game. It would be nice to know before I embarked on this absurdly long quest. Any info would be nice. Thank you

Pretty sure the robe is a no-fail combine in a tailor kit.

I hope not. That's a lot of work for a fail D:

Has anyone done this quest to know if tailoring is needed in P99?

Yeah I was there when a dude failed... he played druid after that. I got mine after they made it 100% combine. Then they made it drop on the brother in EK and I was sad after camping the raster for a week.

Well I'm assuming you're talking about early classic... I am not sure if THIS server is gonna be like that though. The patch was put in June of 2000.
