Spells: Self targeted dispels

The Nullify Magic line of spells can currently be resisted when self targeted. This wasn't something that was possible on live because it was considered a beneficial spell when self cast.

Pumice is unresistable methinks, regular cast spell Nullify Magic lands like never.

There are only two dispels that are unresistable:

Cancel Magic
Taper Enchantment

Every other one is MR based, has nothing to do with being beneficial or not.

I played on Rallos Zek --> Zek for 7 years where you have to dispel yourself seven thousand times per day, Never once did a self cast dispel fail.
