Default When do rogues get assasinate?

Is it a discipline? Its not listed on the wiki.

60, and it's a backstab proc, no way to control it besides getting a haste item to make it refresh faster.

You assassinate far more frequently with throwing than you do backstab.

Without having actually looked into it (though I mained a Rogue back in the early 2000's and again here on this server), I'd estimate that the chance per backstab/throw is the same; the difference being that you can throw far more often than you can backstab.

The only caveat is you have to be behind the mob for throw to assassinate, so you can't just kite around throwing shurikens at things hoping for an assassination.

Worth saying that the mob needs to either be 46 or under, or under 46. Good for Wakening Land giant farming but not much practical use really.

Can assassinate WL giants and some frogloks in seb etc. Best so far on my part is three assassinations innarow

It was that way on live. It isn't coded the same on here. I've seen rogues assassinate mobs over level 50 on p99.

While I haven't spent much time killing lvl 45 and below mobs since I hit level 60, I do not believe this is correct.

The only place I have even seen this proc is while in seb or helping the occasional low level char / easier epic fights.
