Spells: Sirocco / Manastorm line of magician rains

The second wave (of three total) is almost always resisted. The resist occurs immediately after the first wave, without the slight delay that is standard between rain waves. The only exception I can find is when I cast the rain with myself targeted, then all three waves proceed as intended.

Is some answer you're waiting to give predicated on my answer to that question? Why not just skip to the chase and say what you think is going on.

I experience the bug i'm reporting under the conditions i specified, which is independent of what my pet is doing.

This spell (Sirocco) is still bugged. Only does 2 waves when it should do 3
