• All class epics
• All Kunark class BP/Greaves
• The big VP items: PD Crown/Cape/Earring/Robe/Shield, Hoshkar boots, Sword of the Shissar, Necro/Shaman/Wizard staffs, Wizard/Necro robes
• The big sky items: Monk fists, shaman ring
• The other normal big ticket items: Hiero, BCG, AoN, Bladestopper, Puppet Strings
• Working Blue Diamond jewelery (bracer, ears, hat)

That's less than 50 items and would allow people to get 95% of BiS without too much work.

I think the reason he said a merchant won't work is because it doesn't cover spells (especially if your going from lvl 30 -> 60) as well as skills. So a copy from a BIS character would be less work for the staff.

Macromir is nowhere near BIS. He wears alt gear and happens to have a mage epic. Try Lorea, i know she has a robe of the azure sky. Or better yet, look on red. Mage seems to have a high turnover and I don't see them in BIS on blue.

Pretty sure Minie on red is a BiS mage [venril sathir gloves / robe of azure sky / etc.]
