Nah. This is a custom server that relies on Classic! branding to keep pulling in warm body NPCs to fill out the world so it doesn't erode away into a hollow shell of raidloggers. It's currently the de facto EQ emu by virtue of its population superiority alone--apply the same resources to a single-box PoP server and you could unseat P99 inside a year, imo.

Dude 8/10 people here came because luclin + life was garbage.

I liked getting Koadics Endless Intellect and skin like nature on my low level casters as much as the next guy who hates medding but really it wasn't worth it for tanking the entire rest of the game.

They should implement in game casino feature so people can waste platinum and kinda fight inflation.

I didn't say there was a high demand for Planes of Power. I said that it was my opinion that if you applied the same resources, i.e. bug hunting and GM enforcement of single-box and Play Nice policies, you could unseat P99 as the population leader.


Also I would point out that for all the hate that PoK gets as the "omg TBC flying mounts ruined the game" of EQ, everyone who could just bound themselves at firepots while smugly thumbing their noses at Dial a Port.
