Looking for Hangman's Noose

I would like to loot one of these for my monk, I have heard that they rot all the time especially during bard PLs and such. Is this something that is feasible? Is there anyone that does this regularly where I could shadow them and loot? Just wondering if there is someone I can reach out to or if I should just hang out in the zone during primetime and hope for the best. Thanks!

Best bet is to find someone doing the hunter/forager cycle for the Iksar BP, Iksar Illusion Mask, or Seb keys.

Yeah I probably got that zone mixed up with BW. I just know I read somewhere that the noose rots all the time.

It probably rots often when it actually drops. At one point i had a SK camped there gathering the no drop stuff but it wasnt very often i would log him in and actually find people doing the cycle.
