/Consider Color Scaling at Level 60?
The Game Mechanics section of the wiki stops at lvl 50, so I'm curious what this looks like for lvl 60? Here is my guess:
Character Level 60 -15 or more, GREEN - you could probably win this fight. -1 to -14,BLUE - appears to be quite formidable. 0, WHITE - looks like quite a gamble. +1 and +2, YELLOW - looks like it would wipe the floor with you! +3 or more, RED - what would you like your tombstone to say? Therefore at 60, a lvl 45 mob would be GREEN but a lvl 46 mob would be BLUE? Thanks in advance, Zen

There's a level of green that says "it appears you could win this fight, it's not certain though." I believe that's where the light blue con used to be.

Or you can just hop over to p2002 and have light blue cons :P
Also Luclin and PoP soon. PoP > Velious.

P2002 is a garbage server with GMs that literally change database items in secret to make it easier for some and harder for others. Do not play on that server.
The level that Detoxx is talking about will also give you exp even tho the con color is green.

Ah, the old "posting in multiple threads shilling for p2002".
Do they not have their own forums or are you just taking a vacation to P99 Forums? The population must be hurting if people are taking the same approach as the "try red" that players do here (Sorry / not sorry Swish).

Good call guys, I forgot the exp greens con above. Here's a second draft:
Character Level 60 -18 or more, GREEN - you could probably win this fight. [No Exp] -15 to -17, GREEN - you would probably win this fight..it's not certain though. [Exp] -1 to -14, BLUE - appears to be quite formidable. Zen

Just conned a lvl 41 player in game and he's an exp green. Here's draft v3:
Character Level 60 -20 or more, GREEN - you could probably win this fight. [No Exp] -15 to -19, GREEN - you would probably win this fight..it's not certain though. [Exp] -1 to -14, BLUE - appears to be quite formidable. Zen

There is even a little lean-way in the ....it's not certain though (for light blue exp). On my lvl 47 monk I can kill some but not all green mobs and still gain exp from them even tho the ... it's not certain though isn't attached to the green con tag. It's hard to tell on non-aggressive mobs, but if it can aggro I just use distance aggro to see if I would get exp or not. I understand this is a thread about lvl 60's, but I still think its a tad odd.
