2)PVP action! Although low population pvp action happens often!

I would argue with point (1) that it is more than slightly faster. I believe xp is at least double here what it is on blue.

Do we know the exact % bonus for exp? It personally feels really good. Not too fast but also not too slow.

It's really fast, I have no idea, the boost should be on the MOTD, I think it's Double XP
