As Project 1999's website was hosted by the same webserver as Eqemulator.net, it was down due to the same attacker who has been attacking P99. Not to worry, we have moved the server and will continue combating these attacks. The website is now back up, along with EQEmulator's, and new account registrations can resume.

Since we tracked development changes on the forums, we will not have an accurate patch notes for our next patch, but I'll see what I can get together.
