Meditate Help

Just returned after 20 years and am playing an Iksar Shaman on Green. I'm having some trouble with the meditate skill that I could use some help with. I've trained it to 1 multiple times with the guild headmaster, and when I zone out of Cabilis it states meditate is at 0, and sitting and meditating never increases the skill. I'm also clicking the meditate button on the spell book, but that doesn't help either. Any ideas?

Meditate opens for priests classes at 8. Level up and it will start working. The trainer essentially is glitched in allowing you to train before then. (edit correction level 8).

It will waste points at a trainer trying to train it too early

you wasted points if you tried before lvl 8

This is the worst part of PLing a caster/priest with a brazier, you can't zone so you're unable to train meditate until lvl 12 or w/e lvl you get to. You can pre buy all your she's but you're basically going to be oom if you try to be of use to the elemental
