This is one of those things that annoys me to no end. They'll put in custom variance to try to "fix" the raid scene, but they won't enable shared bank to stop scamming / item loss etc., which just results in more GM time being wasted.

Don't understand the OP when he says people "accidentally" 2 box. How do you do that by accident exactly?
