Respawning with your gear is lame, but it's less lame than red99's LNS. When someone breaks LNS rules you have to get a gm involved and there's a bunch of crying. In both cases the result is the same. You get your corpse back without having to pvp. PVE death still drops a corpse. The dispel mechanic is to prevent some ass from joining your team to dispel grief you.

Everytime I read a Lite post about a different game I get the feeling of some beer league athlete telling me he could've played pro if he wanted to.
