The Toilmaster

The toilmaster is up to his old tricks again. He ghosts sometimes where he is supposed to be but no interaction can be made with him. I haven't attempted to track him on another character but i have watched him walk into a wall until he disappeared.

I found out the hard way last night that if you attack one of his chain gang in East Cab he runs out from his hidey-hole and smacks the crap out of you...

I figured as I couldn't find him, I may as well gank his blue-conning frogs.

the loc given on the wiki makes me think he's in that small bar between sham guild and bank, is this correct or is he somewhere else when NOT bugged out?

Is this guy ever going to be fixed? I found him in the the Tink and Babble and I tried the phrase "I need granite pebbles" and nothing happened. He walked off and disappeared into a wall, never to be seen again. His frogs are now there, but he is nowhere to be found. Thanks.

When I was questing this in early 2018, I sometimes had to relog (or zone) to make him visible. Others in the zone would see him, but I could not until relogging.
