Playing from different IP due to travel
Hi Guys,
I have recently started a new role and part of that is to travel and have hotel stays every so often I am interested in playing EQ in the evening however I am concerned about playing the same account with multiple IP addresses (either mobile tethering or hotel wifi) Will this cause any issues or a flag? Thanks Poc | ||

I have played my account across one major move, more than a dozen hotel wifis, and phone tethering in multiple countries with work related travel.
I haven't had any problems. As has been pointed out, it's when you start trying to play multiple accounts at once ... That's where the problems start. Theoretically if 2 p99 folk were staying at the same hotel and trying to play at the same time ... That could be a problem? But how many p99 players are here? How many cities? How many hotels in each city? The odds of that just happening are pretty low.

I work away 2-3 nights a week, usually different hotels. Had no problems what so ever. Only thing I have found is some hotels wifi is really shitty (especially the free stuff) tethering your phone and using 3g/4g sometimes gets better ping and it uses a tiny amount of data if you are just playing P99.
