I don't think his argument is that it won't be fun, just that it won't be as challenging as some believe. Green is going to be a blast. It's a great time to be an EQ player.

It probably will be for folks that haven't been playing or are coming back after a long time. Super difficult? Probably not.

More difficult than logging in and having someone hand you a bunch of cash? Absolutely.

I predict a lot of people who play green will return to blue as soon as the legacy items are switched off.

Blue will have a higher pop count than green once that time has passed.

The only thing harder about EQ than modern games is leveling, and getting gear, and raiding.

I feel like this opinion confuses the reason most people are switching or starting on Green. Green launch is a once in a lifetime experience, pixel lust probably only factors into the equation a small amount.
