There's no fast way to do it but it's all fear-kite friendly.

How do you get that far down into the Hole without a group?

This was before the clipping change, but I would just jump in the big hole in Paineel (zone in normal and pet track Master Yael first to make sure he's not up). It takes you right there. I haven't tried it since the clipping change though, and hear it's certain death. Otherwise you can jump down the waterfall from the "Docks" camp to get there... but yeah pretty far in.
