I personally just hate dealing with consumables.

(Also, self invis items like the chardok BP (can't remember name right now) or cobalt legs)

No stats, but you want an igs for your shoulder too... 20ac 10vs all... Quite useful...

I had IGS (looted some in the hole) can't wear them as a Troll, super frustrating.

My personal opinion is that they can be useful toys but are far from essential.
