KDT needs an FTE message

KDT ( https://wiki.project1999.com/Keldor_Dek%60Torek ) is routinely a contested spawn but has no FTE message which leads to disputes and disagreements on a regular basis. Please add an FTE message to this mob, like Lodizal etc
