This is actually a decent idea, and given the fact that the newbie areas will be overwhelmed, might be a viable option for leveling. I was going to say: it’s respective as all hell, but so is killing 1,000 giant rats

The non-classic ruleset for "camps" will still be in place.

Anyway, an overpopulated server is going to be undesirable no matter what, in this game with static coding. There's simply not enough content to support a huge number of players who already know what to do. It would be less shit, though, if there was actual gameplay happening: people competing and actively engaging, instead of brainlessly sitting around for their next pixel.
