Quest Issue: Missing quest - Neriak Healing

Description: Ulazia W`Selo in Neriak Third Gate is the healing quest NPC. All classic cities have an NPC offering heal and cure services. The heal they cast is various. Some casters do light healing (Kaladim), others do healing (Erudin). I wonder if it is level dependant on the quester?

MAIN POINT: Ulazia W`Selo is missing her hail text / triggers for her heal quests. She just stands there mutely.

Furthermore, there is a text you can say to NPCs in the city to receive guidance on where to find healing. This doesn't seem to work on all NPCs, but works on Ulazia W`Selo herself. You can make her talk about herself in third person:

[Wed Nov 23 10:45:34 2022] Ulazia W`Selo says, 'That is why we are here. Look for Master Ulazia W'selo. He can be found among the hallways of the Spires of Innoruuk.'

Not all of these quests are terribly well documented / easy to find online, but all (most?) cities had one. Here are other examples. More research required to determine which spells are cast in which location, and whether the caster will use a variety of heals (dependant on target level?).

I can confirm on red, in addition to not talking, she don't be taking payment of 10 gold, not even on kindly faction.

He heals for 90 - 95 Hps.

When you tell him "I require healing" he will heal you.

When he just says "May Bristlebane strengthen you" without a heal, it means hes out of mana. Wait a while, and he will heal you.

Heres how you get him to Heal you.
first you have to have good faction with Halflings.

You say, 'hail Leatherfoot Medic'

Leatherfoot Medic says 'Leatherfoot Raider Klade number 25707 reporting. Do you require healing or nothing.

You say, 'I require nothing'

Nothing will happened.

You say, 'I require healing'

Leatherfoot Medic begins to cast a spell.
You are healed.

Leatherfoot Medic says 'May Bristlebane strengthen you.
You feel much better.


Im not sure how much Hps his heals are because I dont have time to stop and look around for him in the Forrest. Though everytime my DE Warrior is fighting Travis Two Tone, After killing Travis, I run to him and he heals me. I never paid any attention how much he heals me for. He heals me like 5 times though. Im lvl 31 Warrior. All halflings in Nektulos Con Amiably to me.

Check to see if the Leatherfoot Medic (Not deputy) is at either camp. He travels in intervals from Camp to monolith to the ruins across the river. Say to him "I require healing" and wallah he heals you for 100 hits!!!! He will continue to do so until his mana runs out (about 7 heals) and I have forced to flee many a yellow conned wizard much to theie embarrasment by staying close to the medic.

For the Leatherfoot Medic, I already had his quest in, but with the text from the screenshot 'Fizzlethorpe shall bind your wounds.'

The Everlore link indicates he should say 'May Bristlebane strengthen you.', but I'm going to trust the screenshot.

With indifferent or better faction, Ulazia indicates Kerton R'Dev is leading a campaign against heretics, but he does not say anything. Doing some research, this appears to be a broken quest, with an npc that suicides on the steps of the Spires of Innoruuk building. I haven't looked to see if this occurs on live, but it might be worth adding if it still happens.

There are 3 quests that appear to be broken that I am aware of through personally trying to solve them.
One starts in Najeena with the visiting priestess. She asks for the 4 crystal staves and tells you you will be rewarded by the priests of Innoruuk. After giving her all 4 she vanishes and leaves you a piece of paper about Neriak an blue flames. No priests respond to any hails or questions on this subject matter; nor will anyone in the blue flame forge. There IS, however a NPC on the steps just below Kerton R'Dev in the Spires of Innoruuk which appears about every 30-45 min for a split second and then 32k's her/himself (so fast you can't see a name or anything). I'm led to believe through exhausting other possibilities that the suicidal NPC is the next link in this quest, but is impossible to get to.
The second may well be related and begins in the Spires of Innoruuk (Neriak 3rd gate) with Ulazia W'Selo. Ask her "Who is Innoruuk" (note: Aradune {or Brad McQuaid<sp> if you prefer} has stated that all static quest begining with a "hail" to the appropriate NPC, please fix it so they do, as this one obviously does not). She will tell you "You speak the name of the prince of hate. He is the higher power who set the Teir'Dal upon this land. All Teir'Dal pay homage to him. If they do not, then they are surely [heretics]. If they are heretics they surely must die. Ask her "What heretics?". She will tell you "Speak not of Teir'Dal heretics. Those Teir'Dal who do not follow Innoruuk shall be cut down. Master Kerton R'Dev of the Spires of Innoruuk is seeing to that." Kerton is the trainer down the short flight of stairs and to the left and up the stairs from Ulazia. He will not respond to hails or any questions about heretics. He will not respond to offers of help to cut down the heretics or any such thing, nor comments about Innoruuk, cutting down, killing...everything I have tried thus far has not worked.
