Default Velious Armor Textures

I'm having an issue where my velious armor textures randomly disappeared. They were active when i first logged in, restarted client and they're gone. Re-logged a few times, they came back then disappeared again. No issues on a 2nd comp so must be something with my desktop PC. I tried searching for other people having a similar issue but i only found 1 post that stated a fresh install worked.

I've tried a fresh install 3 times including logging in without applying backups (UI config, uifiles, eqclient.ini, character config. etc...) and anti-virus/firewall disabled in case it wanted to be weird. I copied all the "global.s3d" files from the other PC to main PC to see if it would work, but it did not. Graphics drivers are all up to date, including the same driver on 2nd PC (Nvidia 425.31). I also tried re-installing the driver.

eqclient.ini file is exactly the same on both systems so the LoadArmor values are all set to TRUE. GlobalLoad.txt is obviously the same since its forced.

I found an old post that replaces all armor graphics with velious textures (https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...0&postcount=16), but then breaks bloody skeleton textures. This fix replaced 2 files: global_chr.s3d and global4_chr.s3d. I think it might be trying to replace skeleton models with luclin skeletons based on the context of the thread.

To fix that, ive tried 2 texture patches located in this forum to no avail.
