Need help/advice

Was trying not to bother the forums, but i'm kinda at wits end on this. I have been trying close to 3 weeks to get this running. Have grabbed a few ISO's from a few different locations. Have tried daemon tools, wincdemu, dvdfab, plus whatever it is comes with Windows 10. Any iso, and cd combo I always get .....

I'm frustrated enough to consider buying the CD's online at an outrageous price. But am
