I'm leaning towards it's broken. But I like it because before let to many shit monks shine. I pulled hate just fine hello earth staff but it's no longer easy mode.
It's not broke. I played around with it on my Monk a bit. The sneak part is working fine. The things I saw out of all the changes that need to be adjusted is...

The leash range on NtoV mobs is too short (Maybe in other areas as well didn't check). You can Aggro Vulak currently and Lady M won't walk to him when his call of assist happens to his spawn point. She is the closest dragon to him. The Leash range for stuff in NToV should be closer to 1000 to 1200 range. The largest range being the Dragons. Lady M should most definitely Walk to Vulak at his spawn point if you aggro him.

Trash leash range should be around 600 to 800 range FYI. Dragons had noticable larger leash ranges. All in all though it was a move to a more Classic ToV which is always good.

Question

you know, I been wonderin' how did dragons build their temple? They don't seem to have any clothes or tools or stuff and generally just eat and blow stuff up. what do they do there? how do they live in there? why they door so small? how do they make it around the tiny corridors in some spots? Are they like cats?

"--Dragons steal gold and jewels...they guard their plunder as long as they live (which is practically for ever, unless they are killed), and never enjoy a brass ring of it. Indeed they hardly know a good bit of work from a bad, though they usually have a good notion of the current market value; and they can't make a thing for themselves, not even mend a little loose scale of their armour." ~Thorin Oakenshield

Leash ranges need tweaked. Probably on a per mob basis. But it is a good start.

I think the issue with the Vulak call is that it doesn't supersede the Lazy aggro code when it probably should.

Id love to know where you're pulling those values from though. I know on Al'Kabor people tested a few of these chase values, VP dragons for example had unlimited chase range on there. Protectors of Growth obviously had unlimited (I wonder if PoGs are working properly on P99?). But I haven't seen anything that would indicate NToV trash should be 1000-1200. That seems way too large for the size of the zone.

Not the trash. I was speaking dragons with that range. The trash is lower. Just going off Takp I can leash trash in ToV at around 600 range and Dragons at around 1000.

Aren't the lords all permarooted on TAK? I've only raided WToV over there so far and not on a puller class so dunno what's going on there lately.

That is based largely on the way Takp has pet pulling setup too Daldaen. You can put a pet 150 range from a mob...back the player up another 150 there and be at 300 or so range to Pet aggro a mob and then run. Get to west with it and have a person follow. Tell them to stop when the train leashes. You can guage the distance pretty accurately that way.
