Default should I re-start EQ?

I just found out about Project 1999 yesterday and I installed and started game.

All the memories from EQ brought out and made me so emotional.

I have started EQ when kunark expansion out.

As a gamer, I was lucky to be born in Korea where PC cafe were in every corner of city.

There were people who started game together. Warrior, Cleric(me), enchanter, shaman, bard and druid. Warrior and me (cleric) were hard-core player and other members were joined from time to time.

When we started game, the warrior guy was looking for opening new business in real life, he was ended up with being a owner of pc cafe and he played all the time....

I had so much fun in EQ and people from EQ in real as well.

I considered one of my best day of life was the day when I finished my cleric epic quest [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

so much good memories from EQ mostly from group playing and raids. I really miss those days.

My journey of EQ ended with Plan of power expansion because I had to come back to real life.

Time flies...

Yesterday, I have installed EQ (project 1999) and realized that I missed so much of poeple from EQ rather than EQ itself.

well... the EQ was so hard, I figure I got smoothed by easy games ( such as WOW.. =) )

my character name is "Kooleric" and now i am in freeport hunting bats and rats.

still not sure if I really start this game again or not..

Really hope to meet friend from old EQ again and .. new good friend ^^

I recently returned as well. I was raiding in eq from 99 until eq2 came out and switched to that. I attempted to go back a few times but felt the game got to big and wasn't what it was pre-PoP. I thought id give this Project 1999 thing a try and again im addicted. This community has been really friendly for the most part and the fun of playing an MMO that you have to work at is awesome. Id definitely say give it a whirl.

Def a must play, even if its just for nostalgia reasons. I got my shaman up to level 25 last night and it feels great. Give it a week or so, everyone loves a cleric

It had been 6 days since I started by cheering up in the Thread.

I already met many great people and the game and having fun there.

Today I did some reckless challenge and ended up with big and long painful CR than got great help from kind druid to get back my corpse.

Best game and Best people.

Thank you and C U guys around !
