Nostalgia is hitting me hard..

So I installed this and fired up.. and withing mere minutes, I found myself smiling at the screen - numerous times.

Old day 1 Rallos Zek'er here. Mained a Cleric and raided him untill OoW or GoD, (whichever came latest, don't remember - and too lazy to look it up).

First of, as mentioned elsewhere on here, a proper big thank you to each and all of you who'se behind getting this up and running. Thank you. I've always treasured the EQ memories and spoken highly of the came - and I was pretty sure I'd enjoy myself starting this up, but, seriously, I really didn't think I'd smile that much. So yeah, thanks.

As said, I mained a Cleric, and lots can be said about that... sitting, oh-the-amount-of-sitting! - and then forgetting to press meditate in the book! And lacking the offensive capabilities of not being able to fight meself out of a wet paperbag... Also, being Human, blind as a bat.. 'Last pull of the day lads!' = corpse run.. The list goes on.

Was an altoholic then, will probably be one now, tho probably limited to one or two 'extras'. As fun as this is, playing time is a luxury with wife and kids.

So started an Enchanter this time. One of the classes I didn't alt-away way back when, mostly because a close friend mained one - and he was damn good as one, so.. my turn, (but holy hell, are they squishy! Also, where the hell do people get money from. I'm looting all and everything and still struggles to keep up with needed spells! Oh well, it'll come).

Anyhoots. This could easily end up a proper long ramble, so I'll stop now.

Same boat. New magician here, named Cambiant. I find that going out of my way to kill humanoids has helped a lot with money. They drop crap weps and armor plus coin.
