Default Can't read Spell Description on Spells and Spell Icons are mixed up.

Currently all my spell icons aren't what they should look like. When Spirit of the Wolf is cast on me it will show a Shield of Thorn Icon instead of the SoW one. Same goes for any other buff whether it is Cleric/Druid/Shaman etc.

Also when i right click on a spell to read more detail about it, it doesn't show me anything, this get annoying when I get new spells.

Any ideas on how I can fix these problems?

This was removed to be more in line with how it was during classic.

As per your other issue, it sounds like something UI related perhaps the spell icons that you are using.
