Game Mechanics: NPC Aggroing through floors

Was in the rogue guild under Seafarer's Roost and had my illusion dropped because that area is typically safe for agnostic dark elves. However, Tlin Bowfright (patron in the bar above) aggored through the floor and smacked me around. She should not do that. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

She probably was not agroing through wall but most likely was in both room due to zaxis changes...
