Why not? We had ~35 Europa and ~15 Omni in ToV yesterday (plus ~20 PS).

One time an ALS refused my handcrafted Ale (I was raising brewing). He threw my drink on the ground and said his charter didn't allow gifts. Actually happened in Thurgadin. If that's not evil I don't know what is.
