NPC Spawn Issue: Ancient Croc

I came to the camp and all 4 mobs were up, cleared them and only 1 ph respawned 16~ mins later. Waited around one more cycle and only 1 ph spawned again.

Fairly sure it's intended to be a random spawn of 1-5(?) crocs and any can be a named. Unsure if 2 nameds can happen at once
